RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

DEFECTIVE/ISSUE

If a problem occurs with your order, or the item arrived defective, please contact us as soon as you receive the merchandise at contact@3hcaps.com. Please include the order number in the email’s subject line. We will ship you a replacement which includes a prepaid shipping label for you to return the defective item(s). Defective merchandise must be in clean, unworn condition, with tags intact. It must be shipped back within 7 days from the date of the return label sent to you. 3H’s is unable to take responsibility for any damage that may occur, if you do not get in touch immediately before the merchandise has been worn.

RETURNS POLICY

Online and in-store orders may be returned for refund within 30 days of the receipt. Must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with tags intact to be eligible for a refund. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. You can expect a refund to be issued for your return within 10 business days of being received. All refunds are returned back in the original form of payment, and may post between 2-3 business days depending on your bank. If you haven’t been refunded after 10 business days, please contact us at contact@3hcaps.com

EXCHANGES POLICY

Online and in-store orders may be exchanged within 30 days of the receipt.  Must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with tags intact to be eligible for an exchange. If exchanging by mail, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from our store. 

SALE 

SALE items are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

NOTES:

*3H’s is not held responsible for missing/delayed packages that are not safely delivered back to us, as a result of failed delivery attempts or unclaimed packages. It is important to track your package using the tracking provided to ensure safe delivery. 

*Unusual activity/frequent returns will be alerted in our system. If we notice our return policy being abused or identify unusual activity, we may cancel or refuse current/future returns and orders. 

*We recommend using an insured shipping service that provides delivery confirmation such as UPS, FedEx, or US Mail.
